Veraison Labs ("Veraison Labs," "we," or "us") is a sole-operator AI implementation agency based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We operate the websites veraisonlabs.com and veraisonlabs.ca. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our websites.
Information We Collect
Website visitors
Our site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized visitor data including page views, referring sites, device type, and approximate geographic region. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and does not identify or track individuals across sites. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Contact form
If you submit a contact form on our website, we collect: your name, email address, company website (optional), areas of interest, current tools, biggest time sink, and any free-text message you provide. Submissions are emailed to matt@veraisonlabs.com and recorded in a Google Sheet we control for follow-up and engagement tracking.
Call scheduling
If you book a call through our scheduling link, Google Calendar collects your name, email address, and chosen time under Google's privacy policy and shares them with us to arrange the meeting.
Direct correspondence
Emails and other messages you send us are retained to respond and maintain a record of our conversation.
How We Use Information
We use information collected through our websites only to respond to inquiries, maintain a record of our conversations, and improve our website experience. We do not sell or share visitor information for marketing purposes.
Sub-Processors
We rely on the following third-party service providers in connection with our website and general business operations:
- Vercel — website hosting and Web Analytics (cookieless visitor analytics)
- Google — Workspace email and Sheets (where contact form submissions are stored and delivered), Google Calendar (call scheduling)
- Stripe — payment processing (when applicable)
Security
Information collected through our websites is stored on infrastructure operated by Vercel and Google, which provide industry-standard safeguards including encrypted storage and access controls. We retain submitted information for as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Your Rights
If you are a resident of Canada or another jurisdiction with applicable data-protection law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
International Users
We currently serve clients in Canada and the United States. If you contact us from outside these regions, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in Canada.
Children
Our services are primarily intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 without parental or guardian consent.
